I have a Samsung UN55KS800DFXZA 4k tv.  The Roku remote use to adjust the volume and also be able to turn tv on and off.  It no longer works doing this.  I have repaired my remote, replaced batteries and have tired several times to reconfigure the remote with no luck.   I have swapped out HDMI cable to make sure it is not that.   I have it configured for IR but still unable to get it to control the Volume and Power.   Funny part is if I use the voice control I can tell remote to turn tv off and it will.   This is important as I have older parent living with in my home and having one remote that does it all is important.  Also I have Roku in another room and it controls that tv power and volume with no issues.    If you can assist that would be great.    there is no phone support for me to call here so I am here posting for assistance.
