I buy a new Roku TV but there was no Remote Control in the box. what should I do?

I would swap it at the store for another one.  I’m guessing you got a return that was not carefully checked.

You should never be getting a 'return' product if you are buying something full price as brand new. Anything that was opened before should be marked that way and discounted.

Could you please let us know where you purchased this? Also, is this a Roku-branded TV or a Hisense, TCL, ONN, etc.,?
