Thanks for the follow up.

As stated previously, we no longer offer a replacement remote for the Roku Streaming Stick model 3500. However, we would be happy to see what we can do to help get you back up and running.

i can get this model to work but amazon prime says

it does not support this any more.

I guess I am forced to buy a new one.

Would be nice to be able to turn it in for a new one.

I really feel we should be able to use this and not have this issue.
