I've several Roku devices and have an activated Roku app that, in addition to my Roku remotes, controls them all. Since installing a new streaming stick, the app won't control that device. In the app settings, that device is greyed out and will not connect. Any easy troubleshoot? Help me, Obe-wan Kenobis! You're my only hope!
