I cannot get the roku remote to do anything except turn the TV on and off. It won't change to the home screen, change channels, control the volume, go to Netflix, etc. ONLY thing it does is turn TV on and off. I've changed the batteries, unplugged/plugged back in the Roku device in TV...

I'd appreciate any advice.
