After update was completed, the remote will only turn on/off the tv and control the volume. It will not do anything on the screen. I have unplug the tv, the Roku device and put in new batteries in the remote. Please advise.

- What type of Roku remote do you have?
- The serial number/device ID of the Roku device paired with your remote.
- The latest OS version on your Roku device. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
In the meantime, we highly recommend the following to help you resolve this issue.
- Restart the device: unplug it and then plug it back in.
- Reset the remote: Press and hold the Back/pairing button and Home button simultaneously for about 20 seconds.
