I’ve read most all of the  other posts on this subject . It’s apparent there’s a common performance issue or design flaw.  I’d like a replacement please. Pls advise the process for replacement. Thank you!

It looks like the charging port on your Roku remote isn't working, and it won't charge anymore. To look further into this, could you share a few details?

• What’s the model number of your Roku remote?
• When and where did you buy it? Did it come with a Roku device or a TV?

in the meantime, you can use the Roku mobile app as an alternative remote for your Roku. Here's the link to download the app.
