Roku stick started jumping on different channels and screens.  Unmute button doesn't work, the power button doesn't work either. I changed the batteries. No improvement. What can I do, any ideas?

To troubleshoot this, do a system restart by navigating to Home, then go to Settings > System > System Restart. After this, kindly check to see if the issue has been resolved.
