How are you powering the Roku device? Is the device plugged into the TV USB port or is it plugged into a wall outlet? Have you already tried replacing the batteries in the remote to see if the issue persists?
If you are still unable to resolve the issue, can you please provide the serial number of your Roku device from Settings>System>About? I'll be able to assist you further from there.
