Remotes

Hello,

I have multiple "Atak" brand TV's from Brandsmart and can't get them to connect to the remotes with TV controls. I had a previous employee that was able to figure this out, but when needing to do a factory reset, I lose this connection. 

Has anyone had any luck with finding a compatible TV on the Roku list? I cant remember which TV it was that she was able to make work.

Vidao and Bolva TVs have alternate connections as well that Im unable to find.

• Check the batteries: Ensure that the batteries in your remote control are fresh and properly installed.
• Reset the remote control: Press and hold the "Home" button and "Back" buttons on the remote control for at least five seconds to reset it.
• Reset the TV: Make sure to do the restart from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System restart.  
• Pair the remote control again: Follow the instructions in your TV's user manual to pair the remote control with your TV. Typically, you can do this by pressing the "Pairing" button on the back of the remote control and holding it down for several seconds while pointing the remote at the TV.
