Having issues with pop-up messages and incorrect responses to key presses with Voice Remote Pro. 

Firmware - rtn.4198
Voice capture FW - en_US, 0024
Name - Voice Remote Pro
Model - RC795

Voice remote switch is set to OFF.

Pop up messages keep appearing: for 'Hands free voice is off' and 'Battery status'.

Incorrect responses to button presses:

Pressing > button does not register first press all of the time

Press > once to scroll and get multiple scrolls.  This does not occur after a single > press is ignored.  The remote is not queuing multiple commands. 

This remote was paired to a Streaming Stick Plus and had the above issues. Paired it to another Streaming Stick Plus in another room and problems still occurred.

Tried holding pairing button for 20 seconds and problem still occurred.

I have two Voice Remote Pro devices.  Only one is having problems. 

What do I need to do to resolve these issues?

Thanks for the posts regarding the issue you are experiencing with a remote battery warning flashing on screen.

Is the remote that you are currently using the original remote that came with the Roku device? In addition, if you go into the remote settings of the device, is how many remotes are currently connected to the Roku device? You can check this by going to: Settings > Remotes & Devices > Remotes.
