It only works when plugged in when I unplug it from the battery it won't do anything

Please confirm whether this is the remote for your Hisense or ONN Roku TV. If you have any issues with either of the two, it's best to contact your TV manufacturer directly, as they produce their own hardware and we only support the software operating system of your TV.

My remote won’t charge
the remote was working fine then out the blue it stopped working as well as stopped charging

Mine is doing the same thing. It’s been about six months worked perfectly fine now will not charge at all. I want a replacement or refund any suggestions??

Mine is doing the same, just stopped working I assume because the battery died but it's been charging for hours now but it doesn't actually hold a charge. Gone through all of the reset steps for the remote, stck, and even my LG TV. The remote only works while plugged in and "charging".
EDIT: Stick model is "3821X - Streaming Stick 4k+", remote is the "Roku Voice Remote Pro", serial number "X01700K949LM"
My Roku remote was barely used but the last month I’ve been using it a lot. I used the original charging cable it came with and it won’t charge. Instead the battery is draining. Can I please have a replacement?
