JUST purchased a remote from you people..... NO WAY TO CONTACT anyone .... its a run around SITUATION... the stupid thing hearing device on it WILL NOT TURN UP ... the remote is dead in a matter of hours..... it's not battery operated its some other means probably solar but this device isnt' keeping a charge at all .....
Roku doesn’t have a solar remote. If it is rechargeable, try plugging it in for around 5 hours. You may not have noticed the charging port since its under the purple Roku tag.
