Please tell us more details so that we can better understand the problem you are having.
- Is this the original Roku remote that came with your Roku device?
- Were you able to pair and set them up before, or is this your first time pairing and setting them up?
- Have you enabled HDMI-CEC and ARC on your Samsung TV? (Please check out the support article on how to turn it on.)
- Have you power cycled your Roku Player, TV, and Roku remote to put them in a restart pairing setup?
