Pair an Ultra Remote with a streaming stick?

would like to pair a 4670 series remote with a new dolby vision stream stick. Can this be done? I like the programmable buttons on the ultra remote and I don't want to spend the extra $$$ for a new Ultra w/ Dolby Vision. Thank You!
