Other device not in my apartment over head controlling my ruko?
I have a basic remote, the people over my head have ruko box with headphone speaking too my tv turn on parent control block channels. And stopping download.

jhpoindexter351 Your posting is confusing. Do YOU own a Roku or is it your neighbor's? Roku remotes are designed exclusively for streaming players to there's no way it could impact your TV. That said, I'd recommend you get a network app like WiFi Analyzer for Android or something similar if you have an iPhone. Its possible the neighbor is using the same channel, and using the app will show the best channel to use. Then log into your router and switch to a better one. Hope that helps
