"There are no compatible devices linked to your account."

Why is it saying this, "There are no compatible devices linked to your account." when I have an Ultra linked to my account?

OK, your signature line changed, as it showed the 4640 in your previous posts. Yes, the 4850 comes with the latest rechargeable Voice Remote, and it will work with any currently available Voice Remote, or even the basic IR remote. So bottom line is your Roku will work with any currently available Roku remote, with the exception of the IR remote for the TVs.

Thanks for the picture, as we now know where you are seeing it. I would just ignore that message on their web site, as it's obviously not correct.

@Sidney1956 Are you logged into Roku on a computer or are you using the Roku app on a phone?  If you are using the Roku app on a phone you must be on the same wifi network.

What are you doing when you see this message? What device are you using, and what app/channel is being used? The only time I've heard of that message is when someone tries to add something to The Roku Channel through the web interface or on a non-Roku device (TRC is available as an app on several TV and streaming player brands other than Roku) and they don't actually have a Roku device registered to their account.

I was simply looking for a future replacement for the rechargeable remote for my Ultra and when looking in the accessories section, all the remotes had that message. The Ultra is registered to my account.

Every remote Roku offers will work with the 4640 (except for the TV IR remotes). If you have a 4640 it did not come with a rechargeable remote, instead it came with a standard Voice Remote with replaceable AA batteries. You absolutely can use the latest rechargeable Voice Remote, no problem there.
