Page is still not working. I bought 3 of these devices and need the extenders. How do I get them
Ditto - I have tried all the tips and tricks - not logging in, hitting continue and still the page does not work. Please can you help Roku?

If you are unable to request a free HDMI extender for your Roku Streaming Stick device, can you please provide the serial number of your Roku device from Settings>System>About? I'll be able to assist you further from there.

Free extender page says it does not recognize my address??? So not available. Won't help anyway because I already mounted it 4 feet from my electronics and heat sources.. I have good luck by placing a bag of frozen Cranberry on top of the unit! I can use it for over an hour then.. Must be a design flaw, as everyone is having the issue it seems. I went to the retailer, no luck there, said they were going to quit selling them because of the issue with overheating, and to contact ROKU.. What is the answer ?? Please help, my wife is getting mad at me for wrecking her Cranberries!

@gireva, only sticks (that plug directly into the TV without a cable) are eligible for the extender. It would serve absolutely no purpose for your Premiere.
I figured that, made no sense at all because mine is four feet from any source of heat. Have not heard from ROKU. Thanks!

i just purchased 2 Roku Streaming Stick+ . I’d like to order 2 extenders.
But the Free Extender form online is stalled at “Continue” and not loading my information.
Please advise.
