I am having to press the volume button multiple times or harder to get the volume to respond. This happens in IR mode as well as CEC mode.
When it does respond, it jumps multiple volume levels. It's as if it is stuck down.
The Roku Ultra and remote are brand new and have done this since unboxing.

I've done this multiple times but it does not help.
I believe this is a mechanical issue. There is a defect with the remote. How do I get Roku to replace it?

To ensure that your Roku remote is properly set with the Volume control, let's perform the steps below.
Your Roku device plays music to help during the setup process. If you do not hear the music or it does not mute correctly, review the troubleshooting steps for setting up your Roku voice remote to control power and volume on your TV.
Once performed, please observe the function of the Volume button.

I’ve done that multiple times. The volume and mute buttons will only respond to hard pressing. And when they do, the volume jumps multiple levels. The problem is obviously mechanical. The buttons are not making good contact. I would like to have a replacement. I will return the roku device if a replacement cannot be sent.
