Thank you for contacting us regarding the issue with the OK button on your Roku voice remote. We're here to assist you.
To start, please verify if your remote is properly paired with your Roku device. If it's not paired, your screen should indicate "Pairing Remote." If you need assistance with the pairing process, please follow the steps outlined below:
Restart your streaming device to enter pairing mode
- Remove the power cord from your streaming device
- Wait at least 5 seconds
- Re-connect the power cord
Pair your Roku voice remote
Note: If your voice remote has a pairing button, it will be located either on the back of the remote or under the battery cover.
- Press and hold the pairing button for 5 seconds, or until you see the status light begin to flash, to put your voice remote into pairing mode.
- If your voice remote does not have a pairing button, press and hold the Back and Home buttons for 5 seconds, or until you see the status light begin to flash.
