New remote will not control power or volume.

Hi I have a Roku express model 3930 connected  to an epson 2030 projector. I lost my remote model rc128 that used to control volume and power to the Epson. Replaced the remote with model rc1082. I cannot get it to control power or volume. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Try Hisense tv codes in the Roku menu.
