Still having same problem as others in this post. I think it’s a defective unit.  Has anyone resolved the issue with Proscan TV?

Hello, I got a roku stick for christmas and I'm experiencing the same issue. I can control Roku but not the volume or power.

I just plugged mine into a Proscan TV and the code that worked was under an RCA code.
