Having issues finding a code to control my tv volume and power using my Roku remote.

Does this Allegro code mean anything to you?  (0720 or 0774)

From the above resources,

0720 is for Allegro, and some Dwin and Sharp tvs.

0774 is for Allegro, and some Dwin, Philco, Philips, and Samsung tvs.

At least this is my understanding.

Those are UEI codes, other brands that use 0720 code are konka, Sharp. Others brands for 0774 are philco, philips, rca, samsung. 

Who knows if Allegro hasn't anything to do with Allegra?

I saw one Allegra TV on Newegg but the manufacturer link took me to the Allergy Pill website.  The support website did link to a defunct chinese website though.

Only other Allegra I saw was through the model number on Newegg which led over to an A/V site (https://www.av-iq.com/avcat/ctl1642/index.cfm?manufacturer=allegra&product=alg-60le210)

Allegro was a brand own by Zenith, sold universal remotes under that brand.
