Tv turns on & off on it's own while trying to use remote stopped trying and it's on home screen

Tlc 65 in TV just started turning on and off on it's own ,remote simple remote stopped working now TV is staying on but when I try to use remote it starts going on and off on it's own again I'm loosing my mind trying to fix it tried batteries pls idea???

Are there any other device remotes in the same room that you might be using? It may also be beneficial to reach out to TCL support for further assistance. They can provide valuable options and suggestions tailored to your situation.

Each manufacturer of Roku TVs offers dedicated support for their products operating on the Roku OS, and they might have helpful insights for you.

In the meantime, we suggest restarting the system by navigating to Settings > System > Power (skip if no sub-menu) > System Restart. After this, kindly check if you're still seeing the same issue.
