I have a Roku Voice Remote Pro and lately it has been stuck in pair mode all the time. It just constantly flashes green three times.

I tried letting the battery drain all the way down, but after recharging it just goes back to the same blinking. I also tried holding the pair button down to re-pair it manually, but that didn't help either. Not really sure what else to do.

Has anyone else had this issue?

I had Voice Pro come with the pairing button pushed too far in. Once it charged enough it paired with the wrong Roku, I couldn't fix it. So, Roku sent a new remote, then I decided to take the broken remote apart, bent the button further out, put it back together it has worked great ever since.
