- 1. What model of Roku device is paired with this remote?
- 2. What type or model is your Roku remote?
- 3. When did the issue occur?
- 4. Is this the remote that came with the device, or was it purchased separately?, or was it purchased separately?
We also suggest resetting your Roku remote by pressing and holding the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds. After doing so, pair it again and try using the Roku voice remote feature to see if this makes any difference.
We would recommend trying to see if that resolves your issue. Please keep us posted.
