What Roku device model are you using this remote with?

Please be aware that the most common issue that is causing this behavior is due to a stuck button. We would recommend checking to make sure the button isn't lodged.

Could you tell us exactly the issue you're experiencing? Have you tried restarting your Roku? When you restarted it, does it automatically launch Sling?

We had for 2 days the display stuck on the sling box screen (sign in).  

we had something to watch live so I was able to use phone remote.  

batteries have been changed, removed from room, unplugged everything multiple times.  

Today... goes to fish screen but nothing on  remote works.  NOTHING.

To further help you out, please reply here with the serial number of the Roku device associated with the affected remote. It can be located at the back or underneath the player itself.
