I have filed a warranty claim

Jump to solution

I was approved for a remote replacement for my stream bar. I'm hoping the issue was just the remote that stopped working. But in the event that it wasn't just the remote that stopped working, Will I still be able to have my stream bar replaced under the warranty or does this remote replacement cancel out my warranty?

Hi @Xena42581,

Congrats on your first post in the Roku Community!

We understand that you want to know more about the claim for warranty in your Roku Streambar. For Roku devices such as your Roku Streambar if Roku determines that the device’s hardware is defective during the Warranty Period, Roku’s sole obligation, and your exclusive remedy, will be to either repair or replace the unit with either a new or rebuilt device.

Thanks but I have read that but unfortunately my question is more specific. Basically I'm already using my warranty as they are mailing me a replacement remote. I just want to know if using it the one time terminates my warranty or will I be able to still claim again in case the issue wasn't only the remote and the whole Streambar needs to be replaced.
