My remote also continues to scroll endlessly despite restarting and unplugging multiple times. Please help!

Have you checked if the down button arrow or any button on your Roku remote is stuck? Have you tried removing the batteries from your remote to see if the scrolling stops? Or tried new batteries to see if it helps?

@RokuNimfa-C thank you for the quick response! No buttons are stuck and I’ve changed the batteries out multiple times. I’ve tried everything 😞
