The replacement Remote also looses battery capacity rapidly.
Need a fix or an RMA to return the Ultra and remote(s) for a refund.
Thanks

Hi
does anybody know any trick with battery draining problem?
it is so frustrating, i feel like every time i sit to watch something, i see low battery.
I got Roku ultra few months ago and had to put it away in 30 days, i watch, may be 1-2 hrs 5 days a week, i have already shelled out 8-10 pieces of battery.
Never saw this sort of drain/use from any device (this is not electric motor .., it is remote).
I like it over Amazon FireTV in quality minus remote problem (i wish they had Bluetooth support, but i can live with wired connection to remote)
Model: 4800x - Roku Ultra
SN X0100038JM94
Remote : RF342A/D-T1
I want to go back to Roku because HD quality signal is well maintained.

I never plug anything into it but its been draining batteries since it was new! Its not even the cost, its just tedious to be in the middle of a show and suddenly I cant control anything and need to scramble around the house looking for batteries!
Anyone know whats going on with it? Is this normal?
Hello. I have this same issue on my 4800X (Ultra 2021). I own three of these units but only one experiences this battery drain issue over and over again. Please help.
