My Pro Remote from my Black Fiday Roku Ultra purchase, via Amazon, though appears to have been shipped by Roku, have an issue with the volume buttons, volume down just stopped working a few minutes ago, there is no subtle click, spring/bounc back when pressed, Volume up functions just fine.
Tried the support numberr provided by Amazon, no suitable selection in the menu, and recording said expect long delay or no response at all.
Tried to get in touch via chat here, but dead, unable to open a chat at all.
So, how in the hades d0 I reach someone for warranty support and obtain a replacement remote?
Frankly am a somewhat amazed, have never had a Roku remote fart out before, have three older ROKU Ultras, and never had an issue with either the boxes or the remotes.
Already printed the invoice to pdf, just need to talk/type with someone to get thing rolling.

All Roku support goes through https://support.roku.com/contactus , but their warranty page says that the first 30 days are handled by the seller (Amazon in this case). You may be able to get them (Roku) to send you a remote if you contact support, but it's probably easier to just factory reset the thing and send it back to Amazon.
