My TV app requires 1 uppercase letter, how do you make one? Can anyone help, please and thank you.

An Upward arrow on each side of the keyboard shows up when you try to enter your credentials. To enter an uppercase letter, use the up arrow button on either side of the keyboard and choose the letter of your choice.

I don't see any arrows, just a space bar and an x to delete. Any other ideas?

Could you post a picture? Roku's own on-screen keyboard has a shift key in roughly the usual place, but I suppose each app can probably create its own keyboard layout.
