I also have the same problem since yesterday. My remote started to pair working properly and in 2-3 mins it will stop working, even if I pair next time work for 2 mins and stop working. Used fresh batteries or multiple pairing or on and off stick with reset both at stick and at remote pairing or system reset nothing works out.. having this intermittent issue. Please suggest.

I too have the same problem.  I put new batteries in and reset ROKU.  Nothing seems to work.  I'm very frustrated.  Please help.

My Roku remote was also not pairing. I tried all possible options.

I've been having the same problem the last few days.  Rebooting the roku seems to fix the problem.

Same thing here.  Since Saturday my remote is flaky and I have to reboot the roku to force it to repair to the remote again.  Looks like there was a software update about that time?

Rebooting temporarily fixes the problem but I am forced to reboot every time that I leave it for more than an hour or 2 so it isn't a long term fix.

If you are still unable to resolve the issue, please provide us with the following information:
-Roku device model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-when did this issue start to happen?
-what troubleshooting steps have you taken to try to resolve the issue?

Still having the same issue for the past week. Even went as far as purchasing a new remote. The remote pairs and works fine then a few hours later only the power and volume buttons work. I have reset repaired and removed and replaced batteries atleast 4 times a day. Keeps happening 

Please help! Very annoying.
