Everyone please stop posting here.  Create a service/help request on roku's website they will look up your serial # and more than likely replace your remote as they know it's a remote issue not a firmware depending on the batch. If it's a firmware issue they will walk you through next steps. I'm in the process of them replacing my remote which they responded to my help request with in 24 hours.

One of our voice remotes (RC 150) has battery life of only 3-4 days.  We’ve done the system restart suggested.  

How do we report the problem?  Is it a fixable firmware issue?   

Where do we get a replacement remote? If we get a replacement, will we be risking the same problem?

What does it mean to power my roku stick to an outlet? My cord that leads to to roku stick is plugged into the wall. Batteries drain after 3 days and I haven’t even used my tv
