Re: How do I get rid of the "Accessibility Shortcuts" screen when it pops up?

Hi @drprince,

Greetings from the Roku Community!

We're glad to assist you with your inquiry. Use the instructions below to hide or show tile shortcuts in your channel grid.

  1. Press Home on your Roku remote.
  2. Scroll and select Settings.
  3. Select the home screen.
  4. Select Shortcuts.
  5. Scroll to the desired shortcut.
  6. Press OK on your remote to hide (unchecked) or show (checked) the shortcut. Tip: To hide or move shortcuts, press Star (*) on your Roku remote when a shortcut is highlighted in the channel grid on your Home screen.

For more details, you can check out this article on how you can hide or show shortcuts on your Roku streaming device.

We hope this helps.

Kind regards,

Eunice

@drprince, does it pop up when you press the "mute" button on your Roku remote?  If so, it's your TV doing it and you have to use its remote to get rid of it.
