Hisense roku TV unresponsive to remote

Jump to solution

My TV is continuously scrolling and unresponsive to the remote. I have tried unplugging the TV and changing the batteries in the remote. Please advise.

I did try everything. It's been a few hours now and it seems to have fixed itself. No idea what was going on. Thank you!
