Started having trouble with my Roku voice remote. We have two Roku streaming devices, one in the living room, one in the kitchen. The kitchen is the problem, the one in the living room works fine. We have a CenturyLink Router that provides signal for both TV’s. I cannot get the kitchen remote to work but my Visio TV provided apps do work, I can watch movies from a number of sources, Netflix, etc. I did all the required troubleshooting; new batteries, remove power from streaming stick, wait 10 seconds, hold down both the Back and Home buttons, etc. When I reapply power to the streaming stick, I can get to the Roku start up page (Roku letters jumping up and down). However, I get nothing from my Roku voice remote. I don’t even get the little green status light. Suggestions? Thanks.
