Two remotes stop working at same time. Changing batteries has no effect

I have two remote devices. Both suddenly stopped working at the same time. Changing batteries has no effect. My iPhone Roku app identifies my remotes but says they are "unavailable for this network." This seems clearly to be something on Roku's end, not the condition of my remotes. Nothing I have tried works. No "troubleshooting" hints have any effect. Reconnect me!

Re: Two remotes stop working at same time. Changing batteries has no effect

Hi there! @dcotellesse

Thanks for bringing this to us!

It seems that your remotes have been disconnected from your TVs. To get into this a bit more, can you let us know:

  • The model number of the remote.
  • What steps have you taken so far to fix the issue?
  • When and where did you purchase this remote? Did it come with the Roku devices or TVs?

Looking forward to teaming up with you!
