In addition, resetting/rebooting your device's system will not affect your Roku accounts or any accounts you have on your Roku TV.

I am facing exactly the same problem with the same device.
Nevertheless, i can't find a way to add Disney+ in the streaming channels list. It is not even among the recommended contents.
We are in the year 2023 and Roku is still incapable to deploy such a simple device to work properly. What a pity.
An exactly where are you located? Its up to Disney to which control its channels work in.
