Cannot pair my Roku remote back to the original tv it was connected to and I really need help

How do I reconnect my Roku remote with my Roku stick if it is telling me I need a new HDMI cable but I don’t ? I accidentally connected the remote to another tv in the house while watching a movie on my other one but now it won’t let me connect back to the original tv

Try pairing as a new remote via Settings / Remotes & devices / Add devices / [x] Remote / Continue
