Can’t set up remote to control TV/volume
This is the only screen I get when trying to set up my enhanced remote to control my LG TV’s power and volume:
“No search results. This entry is not recognized as a supported brand…”
Yet LG is listed as a suggested brand underneath??
I’ve checked for updates as well as installed the HDMI extender but to no avail. Hellllllllp 🥲
A lot of people are having the same problem. Roku claims they are working on it. What works for some is to connect to an alternate network like your phone's hotspot when you try to go through the procedure.
