The Options button on your Roku remote is only available sometimes (when there are actually options available). You can't move to it. If it's dimmed then there are no options available for that screen/situation.
It wouldn't help you anyway. There are no settings to adjust the screen size other than the resolution settings under Settings->Display. If your picture it cut off try using the button on your TV's remote for zoom or picture size or aspect ratio or whatever else the TV's manufacturer may call it.
