I have an older TV that has no HDMI. I had to buy a Roku with RCA plugs. Im tired of having 2 remotes. Can I get the new voice remote and use it with the Roku I have?

It depends on the Roku model you have? If you can go into settings> remote & devices> activate new device> remote

Then yes your Roku can be paired with WiFi voice remote, but if you don't see remote option at all, the answer is no.
