To clarify, are you saying that the Roku streaming stick remote isn't changing channels on your Sharp Roku TV, or is it not controlling the streaming stick itself? Have you tried re-pairing the remote to see if it works? What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far to try to resolve the issue?
