4K+ can't do setup with Samsung TV

My Roku 4K+ will pair with Samsung TV but then can't continue setup. Pressing OK on remote does nothing. Can't even choose network.

Let us help activate your Roku device. We'd like to know more about the issue you are experiencing so we can best assist you. What are the steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing? What Roku model do you have? Maybe perhaps the remote is not working, we believe you have a Roku voice remote, help is available if you have problems pairing your Roku voice remote or if you need more detailed remote pairing instructions.
