My Sn: is 213182352060. My Roku came out of the box with a broken and bent power cord and I can’t initiate a return. Whenever I try and submit one it says the serial number is invalid. I scanned the qr code and I triple checked the serial number but it won’t accept it.
Did you buy it from Roku or someone else? If Roku, perhaps @RokuDanny-R , @RokuMary-F , or @RokuKariza-D can help. If not Roku, return it to where you got it.
