@xXlilPond I would contact TCL since Roku is only the operating system and does not manufacture TVs.
Curious if you got it to work. Mine just started doing this a couple weeks ago.

I tried unplugging it and leaving it unplugged. It has been unplugged for two days now, I just plugged it back in and still have a blue screen.

Do you have an antenna, cable, or other device connected to your TV? Do you see the blue screen after turning on your TV or only when trying to play content? If the issue is happening when trying to play a content, is it happening on all contents or channels, or is this isolated to one content or channel only? What were the steps you took to reproduce this issue? With more details, we will be able to assist you further.
