Smart Plug not staying on Schedule

I have specific schedules set up for my plugs, the plugs haven’t been shutting off on the times they are supposed to, usually a couple of hours before hand. Any help thanks.

Troubleshooting:

  1. Confirm the Roku Smart Home app and outdoor plug firmware are up to date.
  2. Check automations, schedules, and rules to see if behavior is due to configuration.
    • Settings > Schedules & Automation.
  3. Unplug and reconnect the outdoor plug back into the power outlet.
  4. Factory reset and set it up as a new device
    • To factory reset, press and hold one of the power buttons for 10 seconds.
