Smart Lights (color) not matching

I just bought some smart lights (colored) and I have them in two lamps in the same room. For some reason I can’t get the colors to match. When I group them, the colors are different and one of the bulbs is more yellow than the other. I’ve set them to the same color codes (0xffffff) with the same brightness and the same temperature and they don’t match. I’ve tried matching them both grouped and ungrouped and can’t get them to have the same color white.

We appreciate you letting us know about the issue of your smart bulb not matching. We're here to help.

Could you please switch the bulbs between the two lamps? We'll see if that would make any difference.

I tried switching the bulbs and that didn’t work, the colors didn’t match. I also tried them in different lamps and it still had the same problem.

Could you please try to uninstall and reinstall the app? If the issue persists, please try to re-setup the Smart Bulb SE Color.

I tried reinstalling the app, disconnecting and reconnecting the bulbs, and the bulbs still won’t match each other. This is consistent when they are both grouped and not grouped.
