How do you tell if your smart plug is in vacation mode or not. Trying to figure out why the bedside lamp keeps turning itself on and off when the schedule is for it to be on between 5pm and 10pm only.

We understand you are having a problem with the Roku smart plug SE since it keeps turning off and on randomly. We're happy to help. Please try to check if there was an available update on the Roku smart home app, and check as well the firmware update of your Roku smart plug SE by following the steps below:
- Select a device from the Home screen in the smart home app.
- Tap Settings in the top corner.
- Tap Device info.
- Tap Firmware version to see the current software and build version and check for an update.
- If a software update is available, tap Update.
After the software update is finished, your smart home device will automatically restart.
If the problem still persists, please keep us posted.
